Plugin Installation

Install BTC Checkout on your WordPress site in under 2 minutes.

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.8 or higher
  • WooCommerce 6.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher (PHP 8.x recommended)
  • SSL certificate (HTTPS) — required for secure payment processing

Method 1: WordPress Dashboard Upload

Download the plugin ZIP file

Get the latest version from our pricing page. Free tier includes Bitcoin support; Pro unlocks all 7 cryptocurrencies.

Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New and click the "Upload Plugin" button at the top.

Upload and activate

Choose the btc-checkout.zip file, click "Install Now", then "Activate Plugin".

Method 2: FTP / SSH Upload

Extract and upload via FTP/SSH

Unzip the plugin and upload the btc-checkout folder to your server:

Activate in WordPress

Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and click "Activate" next to "BTC Checkout".
