Addressed all findings from the security and compliance audit. Inline JavaScript extracted to external enqueued files, duplicate code consolidated, dashboard queries cached with transients, and message sanitization hardened.

Admin Cleanup — Empty Settings Tab Removed
Removes the redundant empty settings tab from the free version. All BTC settings remain accessible via WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → BTC Checkout. Version bumped to avoid confusion with earlier 2.0.x builds.

Fixes a critical bug where saving any plugin setting (e.g., Etherscan API key) would silently deactivate the Pro license, causing all currencies except BTC to disappear from checkout.
